Some people like to drink plain milk, while some people add some flavor to the milk and drink it. Experts say that drinking milk should be avoided with some food items as it can be dangerous for health. Let’s know about them.

Milk with fish– Milk has a cooling effect while eating fish increases the body temperature. This combination creates an imbalance in the body and due to this chemical changes also start in the body. Drinking milk with fish-meat leads to digestive problems and heaviness in the stomach remains.

Banana-milk- Many people consider the combination of milk and banana to be very healthy, but health experts do not agree with this. According to them, taking banana and milk together becomes very heavy and it takes a long time to digest it. Taking these two together also makes one feel tired. Therefore milk and banana should be taken separately.

Milk with fruits- Drinking milk with many fruits is also harmful for health. Milk works to clean the stomach, while fruits contain natural salt and water, which work to keep the kidney clean through urine. Taking them together can cause digestive problems and increase the toxins in the body. Due to this, the problem of vomiting and diarrhea can also occur. So eat them separately.

Radish and milk- According to Ayurveda, milk should not be drunk immediately after eating radish because radish is hot and taking it with milk can cause burning sensation in the stomach. Milk and radish should be consumed separately because together they can hinder the digestion process. According to experts, drink milk only after at least two hours after eating radish or dishes made from it.

Sour things with milk- Experts say that sour or acidic things should not be mixed in milk. Avoid eating fruits containing vitamin C with milk. Milk takes time to digest. By eating lemon or any sour fruit with milk, it starts thickening in the stomach. It can also cause congestion, cold, cough, rashes and allergies.
