West Bengal First Phase Election started (TKB-News)

The much-awaited assembly elections in West Bengal  has been started from today (27/03/2021) .

West Bengal  phase 1 election schedule(March 27)

In phase 1 of the West Bengal election, five districts will be covered.  Districts that will be going to polls in phase 1 are — Paschim Midnapore Part-I, Purba Midnapore Part-I, Bankura, Jhargram, and Purulia.

West Bengal election phase 2 schedule(April 1)

In this phase, a total of four districts will cast votes — South 24 Parganas Part-1, Bankura Part-2, Paschim Midnapore Part-2, and East Midnapore.

West Bengal election phase 3 schedule(April 6)

In this phase, voting will take place at Howrah, Hooghly, and South24 Paraganas.

West Bengal election phase 4 schedule(April 10)

The voting for the phase 4 West Bengal election will cover Howrah (Part-2), South 24 Pargana (Part-3), Hugli (Part-2), Alipurduar (all five constituencies), Cooch Behar (all nine constituencies)

West Bengal election phase 5 schedule(April 17)

Phase 5 of the West Bengal election will cover districts like Nadia (Part 1), Bardhaman (Part 1), Darjeeling, and Jalpaiguri.

West Bengal election phase 6 schedule(April 22)

West Bengals’ phase 6 election is scheduled for — North Pargana (Part-II), Purbo Bardhaman (Part-2), Nadia (Part-3), Uttar Dinajpur.

West Bengal election phase 7 schedule(April 26)

Districts that will be voting in this phase includes: Dakshin Dinajpur, Kolkata South, Malda (Part-1), Murshidabad (Part-1), and Paschim Bardhman.

West Bengal election phase 8 schedule(April 29)

In phase 8, Malda (Part-II), Birhum, Murshidabad, and Kolkata North will go to polls.
