You can also face sickness by eating them together. As per Ayurveda you should avoid the following combinations of food to eat together at a time-
Milk and fish– Milk and fish are completely different food, so they should be avoided together. Milk is cold, while the nature of fish is hot. Combination of these two things can spoil our blood and body function. Experts claim that people should also avoid the combination of milk and salt due to different nature.
Milk and fruits – Banana shake is very common among people. But do you know that the combination of milk with fruits harms our health. Experts say that bananas should never be eaten with milk, curd(yogurt) or buttermilk. This combination of milk and banana can cause cold, cold, cough or allergies it stress our digestion system.
Equal quantity of Ghee and Honey– Equal quantity of Ghee and Honey should never be consumed. This can cause reverse damage to the body. Honey is hot and dry in nature, whereas ghee is known for its cooling and moisturizing quality. If you are eating ghee and honey mixed, then keep more quantity of either of them.
Curd(yogurt) or Paneer– It is considered very beneficial to eat foods like curd, cheese or yogurt in winter. But eating such foods should be avoided at night. Curd can trigger inflammation and problems related to blood, bile, phlegm. People who have poor digestion system, they may have constipation problem due to paneer. Similarly, honey should never be heated and eaten. This kills the enzymes that support our digestive system.
Ayurvedic doctors recommend that by avoiding such a combination of food items, you can avoid problems like inflammation, skin disorders and autoimmune diseases.
