In Canada, a 70-year-old woman is believed to be the first patient to suffer from climate change. It is being told that the woman had trouble breathing earlier in the summer and she also got heat stroke. Because of which she was immediately admitted to the hospital.

Doctor Kyle Merritt, who is treating the elderly woman, wrote in his diagnosis details report that this is the first time in 10 years that he felt that the real cause of this patient’s illness was climate change. At least 233 people died of heatstroke in British Columbia.
