SpaceX got permission to send rocket to Mars [TKB Science]

SpaceX has got permission to launch a rocket to Mars. Now they can launch rockets to Mars from Starbase in Boca Chica, southern Texas. However, they will have to do some 75 important works related to the environment. With these conditions, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has given permission to launch the rocket.

The FAA went to Starbase to investigate. Officials found out whether the rocket released to Mars would cause any harm to the environment, Boca Chica and the animals around the launch pad. Investigation revealed that the launch will not have a big impact. This investigation was necessary because the launch station is near the Gulf Coast in Brownsville, Texas.

The FAA has asked SpaceX to do 75 tasks to reduce environmental damage to the surrounding environment at the time of Starship’s launch.

Space company owner Elon Musk has said that if all goes well, the first orbital launch of the Starship rocket will take place soon. That is, this vehicle will come back to the low orbit of the earth and land safely. In the future, there is a plan to send astronauts to the moon and Mars through this rocket.

SpaceX is building Starship so that humans and cargo can be transported to the Moon and Mars. This spacecraft is divided into two parts. The first lower part which is called Super Heavy. This is a booster. The second is the upper stage spacecraft called Starship. Both can be reused once after being used completely.

SpaceX company’s new Raptor engine is installed in Super Heavy and Starship. Super heavy has 33 engines and Starship has six engines. Elon Musk said that it takes a lot of effort to make a lot of engines. But SpaceX is on its right track. If all goes well, very soon we will do the first orbital launch of Starship.

It was necessary to cross a stage regarding this launch. This environmental review has been completed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Now the FAA has given permission for flight and testing after completing the review. So it is expected that SpaceX will work faster regarding the launch of Starship.
