Raksha Bandhan 2021: These are auspicious Mahurat [TKB-Update]

Following are the subha Mahurat for Rakhi celebration-

Shobhan Yog Mahurat – Astrologers say that on the day of Raksha Bandhan, i.e. August 22nd 2021, Shobhan Yoga will remain till 10.34 AM in the morning. Shobhan Yoga is considered to be the best for performing auspicious and auspicious works. During this, it is considered very auspicious to tie a ‘Raksha Sutra‘ on the brother’s wrist.

Dhanishta Nakshatra Mahurat- Dhanishta Nakshatra Mahurat is till 7.40 PM in the evening. Mars is the lord of Dhanishta Nakshatra. It is said that people born in Dhanishta Nakshatra love their siblings very much. Therefore, tying Rakhi to brother on this auspicious occasion will deepen the unbreakable love and relationship between the brother and sister.

Auspicious Muhurta for tying Rakhi- Apart from aforesaid Mahurats, there will be Amrit Muhurta from 9.34 AM to 11.07 AM. Whereas Brahma Muhurta will remain from 4:33 AM to 5:21 PM. Today all these Muhurtas are auspicious for tying Rakhi.

Do not tie Rakhi in Rahu Kaal- Rahu Kaal will remain on Raksha Bandhan from 5:14 PM to 6.49 PM today. During this, avoid tying the sacred thread of protection on the wrist of the brother. Tie Rakhi on brother’s wrist before or after Rahu period.
