Raj Kundra’s case of making and streaming porn movies is increasing continuously. The court has ordered to keep Raj Kundra in judicial custody till July 27. On the other hand, the Crime Branch team of Mumbai Police has reached Shilpa Shetty’s house regarding Raj Kundra.

Crime Branch officials have arrived at Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s house in Juhu. It is reported that questions can be asked to Shilpa Shetty regarding the whole matter, because Shilpa is also the director of Viaan company along with husband Raj Kundra. It is also being told that questions can be asked from Shilpa in front of Raj. His statement is going to play a big role in this case.

Recently, the Crime Branch raided the Vian Company located in Andheri. During this time they had recovered a lot of data. According to the Mumbai Police, a lot of data has been deleted since the arrest of Raj Kundra. The crime branch team will try to recover it and will reach the root of the matter.

Let us inform that Raj Kundra has approached the High Court. He has said that 41A notice was not given to him by Mumbai Police. 41A notice is for production before the police. After getting this notice, the person has to follow its rules. If the person does so he cannot be arrested for his charges, but he can be taken for recording. However, if the person does not follow the rules of the notice, then he can be arrested.
