On Parag Agrawal becoming Twitter CEO, Elon Musk said – America benefits a lot from Indian talent [TKB Tech]

The new CEO of Twitter will now be Parag Agrawal. Who was earlier working in the company as CTO (Chief Technology Officer). Tesla CEO Elon Musk has also praised his appointment as CEO.

He has also tweeted to appreciate Indian talent. Replying to the tweet by Patrick Collison, the CEO and co-founder of Stripe Company, Elon Musk wrote that America has benefited greatly from Indian talent.

Patrick Collison, congratulating Parag Agarwal, wrote – “All the CEOs running Google, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Palo Alto, Networks and now Twitter grew up in India. Seeing the amazing success of Indians in the tech world Feeling happy. Congratulations Parag.”

Tech expert Elon Musk replied in response to this tweet. While agreeing with Patrick Collison, he praised Indian talent. Parag Agrawal has graduated from IIT Bombay[India].

He holds a doctorate degree from Stanford University. In Twitter, he has been working since 2017 as the Chief Technology Officer. He has also worked with AT&T Labs, Microsoft and Yahoo before joining Twitter.

Many Indian American tech companies hold leadership positions. After Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, now Twitter’s CEO Parag’s name has also been included in this list.

Announcing his resignation as CEO at Twitter, Dorsey said that he has worked at the company for 16 years in different positions. Now it’s time for him to leave Twitter. He also said that he has full faith in Parag and he loves the company.
