Jio’s new ‘Emergency Data Loan’ service [TKB-Tech]

Jio has launched the ‘Emergency Data Loan‘ facility for its prepaid customers. In such a situation, now Jio users will be able to take instant data on loan in case the data is exhausted and can pay the money later. Let us know in detail about its new service.

What is Jio’s ‘Emergency Data Loan’ facility?

Through the emergency data loan facility, customers will get the flexibility to recharge first and pay later. Those Jio customers whose daily data quota has been exhausted and they will not be able to recharge immediately will use that offer.

Through this new facility, prepaid users of Jio will be able to take emergency data loan 5 times. Customers will get a pack of Rs 11 every time which comes with 1GB data.

How to take advantage of emergency data loan:

• Open the MyJio app and go to ‘Menu’ from the top left of the page.
• After this, select Emergency Data Loan from under Mobile Services.
• Click on ‘Proceed’ on the Emergency Data Loan banner.
• After this select the option ‘Get Emergency Data’.
• Then click on ‘Activate Now’ to avail the emergency loan benefit.

After this, the benefit of emergency data loan will start.
