How to use Java Plum seeds?
After eating Java Plum, instead of throwing its seeds, store it in a clean vessel. After washing these seeds thoroughly, leave them to dry on a clean cloth. It will take at least three to four days for them to dry properly in the sunlight. After drying the seeds, take off their upper layer i.e. peel and keep the green part inside. Break these seeds into two parts and leave them to dry for a few more days so that the seeds get dry properly. After this, grind the dried seeds in a mixer. Keep this powder prepared from the seeds in a box and use it when needed.
How to consume
Mix one teaspoon powder of Java Plum in a glass of water every morning on an empty stomach and consume it. This will keep your blood sugar under control. It would be better if you can consult your doctor once before trying this recipe.
