The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 has come to an end. Chennai Super Kings defeated Gujarat Titans by five wickets in the match held at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Monday (May 29). In the match, Chennai Super Kings had a target of 171 runs to win in 15 overs under the Duckworth-Lewis rule, which they achieved on the last ball.

After the final match, the awards ceremony was organized in which money was showered on the champion and runner-up team. Apart from this, awards were given to the players who performed better in the tournament. The winning team Chennai Super Kings got Rs 20 crore while the runner-up team Gujarat Titans got Rs 12.50 crore. On the other hand, Gujarat Titans players Shubman Gill won the Orange Cap and Shami won the Purple Cap.
