Zelensky further said that Europe’s largest power plant is burning. Russian tanks are targeting the nuclear reactor block. His tank is fitted with a thermal vision device, so he knows where he is aiming. Zelensky said, ‘The Zaporizhzhia Power Plant has six full nuclear reactors. Such a terrible accident (in the year 1986) happened in Chernobyl due to just one reactor explosion.

The Ukrainian President said that Russia wants to repeat the incident like Chernobyl. He is doing that and this time it could be six times bigger.

Zaporizhzhia Power Plant is present in Energodar, Ukraine. According to the mayor Dmytro Orlov there, the fire has been extinguished for the time being. The fire started a short distance away from the reactors. It was told that with the help of 10 fire brigades and 40 people that fire was brought under control. Eight days have passed since the Russo-Ukraine war. At present, the battle for the occupation of Kyiv and Kharkiv city is going on. The Ukrainian army is also giving a tough competition to Russia.
