Google is working on a new type of hybrid workplace model, know inside story (TKB-Tech)

Because of Covid-19, Google is thinking of making changes in its office. It is looking at making changes in its workplace after Covid-19. About this, Google CEO Sundar Pichai has sent an email to his employee.

In the email, Sundar Pichai has said that 20 percent of its staff will work from home on permanent basis. While 20 percent staff will shift to the new office. The remaining 60 percent staff will work from their current location. Pichai has written in the mail that he will shift to hybrid work week.

Googlers will work from office for three days in Hybrid Work Week while for the remaining two days they can work from where they think they can do the best work. There will also be many such roles in which due to the nature of work, they may have to work on the site for more than three days in a week.

Google will offer 4 such weeks in a year in which after the approval of the staff manager, they can work from anywhere. According to MountainView, with this idea, the tech giant wants to give more flexibility and holiday travel to everyone.

Our way of working has changed because of Corona. Right now the work from home is very popular. It is believed that as the situation changes, big organizations like Google will work on the hybrid office model.

Facebook and Twitter have been insisting on work from home forever. Pichai said that the future of work is flexibility. Employees will be able to give their best with the new change. Recently, Sundar Pichai had announced help for India in view of the Covid epidemic.
