Now what are the foods that should not be eaten on an empty stomach-

Juice

Most of us are sitting thinking that a glass of fruit juice is good enough to start the day, but it is not so at all. According to experts, one should not start the day with fruit juices, as juices can put extra load on the pancreas, which is not good for the body. On the other hand, due to empty stomach, the sugar present in the form of fructose in fruits can put more pressure on the liver, so avoid drinking juice on an empty stomach in the morning.

Yogurt

Yogurt contains lactic acid, which disturbs the level of acidity of the stomach. On the other hand, consuming products on an empty stomach can kill the lactic acid bacteria present in them, which can increase acidity, so yogurt should not be consumed as soon as you wake up in the morning.

Pear
