That’s why we are warning people to stay away from physical activity like sex after getting the vaccine.

However, Grafer’s statement is also being criticized a lot in the media there. Oleg Kostin, the senior medical official there, said that he did not agree with Grafer’s statement. Kostin said that instead of completely stopping sex after getting the vaccine, you can do it carefully. It just shouldn’t be excessive.

However, after getting the vaccine from UNICEF, it has been advised to take care of some special things. UNICEF also says that any kind of heavy physical activity should be avoided for 2-3 days after getting the vaccine because during this time the body recovers from the side effects of the vaccine.

UNICEF has advised not to consume alcohol and tobacco for a few days after vaccination. Experts say that alcohol and cigarettes can further increase the side effects of the vaccine. Apart from this, alcohol has a bad effect on the immune system, due to which the vaccine is less effective on the body.

It is very important to stay hydrated before and after getting the vaccine. Therefore, after getting the vaccine, you should drink a lot of water. After getting the vaccine, symptoms like pain in the hand, fever, chills are common, which get better on their own in two days. Immunity builds up in the body only after a few weeks of taking both doses of the vaccine. So do not be careless during this time.

No vaccine is 100% effective, so even after getting the vaccine, you need to wash your hands frequently, apply mask and follow social distancing. According to experts, the way new variants of corona are coming, only vaccine can give protection from them. Therefore, get the vaccine at any cost.
