As per Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Canada’s military officers stationed in Afghanistan will not leave even after the August 31 deadline. Joe Biden federal government of USA and the Taliban were agreed to complete the rescue operation by August 31 2021.
Canadian PM Trudeau said that they will continue to put pressure on the Taliban group to continue to allow people to leave from Afghanistan. Canada will continue to try to get more and more people out there every day with the help of their allies. All allies of G-7 also have the same commitment that they will try to save as many people as possible together from the terror capture.
Trudeau’s statement came after a G-7 meeting on Tuesday in the meet, G-7 discussed about Taliban and the US agreement on the withdrawal of US forces. While the NATO nation countries including the US are running airlift operations to evacuate their citizens and Afghan citizens associated with them.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has made a discussion on the Afghanistan and its problem. Canada is also part of this ongoing military operation from Kabul Airport. Within last few days Canadian military plane evacuated more than 500 people from Kabul.
