You must have seen some people around you who also do daily exercise with dieting, yet they do not lose weight. In such a situation, they often get upset as to why this happens to them despite all efforts. The main reason for this is that the process of metabolism in their body does not work properly. If the process of metabolism in the body is balanced, then it becomes easier to control the increasing weight, but in the absence of this, the occurrence of weight is difficult. So let us know what measures can be taken to correct the process of metabolism.

1. Water is helpful in accelerating the speed of metabolism. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. It also works to keep our digestive system healthy and remove harmful elements from the body.

2. If you drink two cups of black coffee daily, it can be helpful in increasing the metabolic rate. The caffeine present in coffee gives the body the energy to workout for a longer period of time, but excessive intake can cause insomnia and restlessness.

3. Green tea helps in weight loss by increasing metabolic rate. The anti-oxidant elements present in it are beneficial for the body. Therefore, it is better not to use sugar when making coffee and green tea.

4. Spicy things accelerate the metabolism process. So eating spicy food is not harmful for health. An element called capsaicin present in chilli is also helpful in increasing the metabolic rate of the body besides giving it pungency, but those who have problems like ulcers or piles should avoid chili.

5. Omega-3 fatty acids are helpful in speeding up metabolism. It prevents weight gain by keeping control of fat spent and stored enzymes. Fish, almonds and walnuts are very good sources. So include these things in your diet prominently.

6. Use nonstick utensils for cooking and a limited amount of ghee oil for cooking.
