According to government figures, 16.4 million people have been vaccinated in the country so far. At the same time, only 2.30 lakh people between 18 and 44 years of age have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours. So far, only 11% of the population in India is such that at least one dose of vaccine has been taken. These figures are very low because we have to vaccinate 40 to 50 lakh people every day.
